134GHz Multiplier Block

Here are a few photos of the multiplier block kindly machined By Rob M0DTS for my work in progress 134GHz system.

This allows the input 33GHz to be on one side and the 134GHz output on the other, generally easier for mounting onto horn or at a dish feed-point.
It is based around a board from DB6NT, PCB no. 47 – 40/120 GHz Triple / Mixer.

Tx output 134.4GHz < 1mW likely. Using MA4E1310 Diode from DL2AM
For Rx the MA4E1318 dual diode also from DL2AM, >10dB better sensitivity than 1310 diode.
